How do I calculate shipping costs for orders with one product?
To get the shipping cost for an order with one product, go to the shipping rate and selling region table and find the category with your desired product. Take a look at the Single product column—that’s the total shipping cost.
Example: The cost of shipping one t-shirt to the USA is $3.99.
How do I calculate shipping costs with multiple products from the same category?
Items that are grouped together under one shipping category have the same shipping rates. For example, sweatshirts and sweatpants are in one category, and keychains and pet tags are in another. Please note that some categories, like Bags, are separated into subcategories with different shipping rates.
To calculate the shipping cost for an order with two or more products from the same category, go to the shipping rates and find the category with your products.
Take a look at the Single product column—that’s the shipping cost for an order containing only one product. Then look at the Additional product column and add that price to the one in the Single product column. That’s it!
Example:
- An order for a sweatshirt and a pair of sweatpants going to Australia.
- Check the Single product column; it’s $10.99 to ship the sweatshirt to Australia.
- Check the Additional product column; it’s an extra $2.00 to ship the sweatpants.
- Add the two together, and the total cost for shipping to Australia is $12.99.
How do I calculate shipping costs for orders with products from different categories that ship together?
Products that are not grouped together under a category count as different products in terms of shipping rates. For example, hoodies and all-over print leggings, or tote bags and backpacks are in separate categories with different pricing.
To calculate the shipping cost for an order with products from different categories, go to the shipping rates and find the categories with your products. See which of your products has the highest shipping cost in the Single product column, and use that as a base. Then, to cover the second product, add that product category’s Additional product price. That’s it!
Example:
- An order for a hoodie and an apron going to the USA.
- Check the categories for the products. The hoodie is in the Hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, and pants category, and the apron is the Embroidered aprons and socks subcategory of the Aprons, towels, and socks category.
- Check which product category has the higher Single product price. It’s $6.50 for the hoodie and $3.99 for the apron, so here the hoodie will be your base price.
- Check the Additional product column from the Embroidered aprons and socks subcategory; it’s $1.25 for the USA.
- Add the Single product price for the hoodie and the Additional product price for the apron together. The total shipping cost is $7.75 for the USA.
How do I calculate shipping costs for orders with products that ship separately?
These products ship separately* from others due to packaging differences:
- snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps, and visors
- backpacks
- jewelry
- mugs
- pillows with stuffing
- posters
- framed posters
- bean bag cases
- water bottles
- blankets
To calculate the shipping cost for an order that contains two or more products from this list that are in the same category, like three mugs you can refer to the question: How do I calculate shipping costs for additional products from the same category?
To calculate the shipping cost for orders with products that ship separately and are in different product categories, add the shipping prices from the Single product column of both products’ categories.
Example:
- An order for a 12″ × 12″ canvas and an enamel mug going to Europe.
- Find the category for the 12″ × 12″ canvas. Check the Single product shipping price; it’s $6.60 for Europe.
- Find the category for the enamel mug. It’s under Mugs in the Enamel mugs subcategory. Check the Single product shipping price; it’s $4.39 for Europe.
- Add the Single product prices for both items together, and the total shipping cost is $10.99.
*Note: We recommend calculating the shipping fees for the product categories mentioned here assuming that they would always ship separately. Occasionally, some of these products can be shipped together with other products, but they would still be charged as a single product for the shipping fee.

Which countries does T&J Designs ship to?
T&J Designs ships to most countries in the world but there are some exceptions due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. You can check the list of countries at the top (Shipping Time*) to which we ship our products.
Will I get my order in one shipment?
No, not always. We may split an order into multiple shipments for the following reasons:
Product packaging. Some of our products are individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra cushion and durability.
Fulfillment location. We will make shipments according to the location where the production of our products is managed.

What is the estimated delivery time and how is it calculated?
Estimated delivery time (EDT) is a prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time. Think:
estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time
Our fulfillment time average is 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products. When we calculate the estimated fulfillment time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.
The estimated shipping time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.
The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:
- Issues with design files
- Products being out of stock
- Shipping-related delays like failed delivery attempts or service disruptions
We work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its estimated delivery time, please allow a few more days. What should I do if it´s past the estimated delivery time and I still haven´t received my order?
If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, here’s what you do:
- Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate – it’s not a guarantee.

Will I be charged for customs?
You might have to pay handling and/or customs fees upon delivery. The customs fees may vary depending on the order value, country limits, etc.
