HOW IS YOUR ORDER MANAGED?

- Fulfillment: It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.
- Shipping time depends in material availability and destination.
- Delivery: Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it’s delivered to the end address. Holidays, such as Christmas, delivery time may take longer. We are not responsible for shipping delays. If you havent received your order, reach out to us and well make sure you get it resolved.
RETURN POLICY
Only available if you
-received the wrong item: sice, color, model*
-received the product in poor contidions*
Feel free to contact us describing the reason(s) for yor return. We acept returns withing 7 days of receiving the product.
*Proof (photos, videos) is required when asking for a return.
CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Orders can only be canceled if they have not entered the printing process yet. Otherwise, the orden may be processed normally.
SHIPPING RATES AND CUSTOM DUTIES
Buyers are responsible for any applicable curtome fees and duties. We are not responsible for shipping delays regarding customs procedures.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you’ve have provided an incorrect address the courier service does not considers valid or is inaccesible, the shipment may be returned to our facilities. In that case, once you update your address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

In accordance with article 16 (c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 25, 2011, on consumer rights , the right of withdrawal cannot be foreseen
- The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
- Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene
Therefore, TJ-Designs reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
